Why isn't Jessie Vargas in the May 5th undercard?

As one of Floyd's fighter, wouldn't it be a good way to promote him? I mean Floyd's PPV's does the most buys, so wouldn't having Jessie Vargas in the undercard give him a lot of exposure to millions of people? It's not like Floyd's going to be around a lot longer, so they should take advantage of Floyd's ppvs.

All I asked was.......if Floyd is so loyal to hbo like he loves to claim he is, why is he promoting a fight card with one of his own fighters on Showtime and not HBO. One would think that a person with such clout as Floyd would be able to showcase his own fighter on his undercard. No?

Despite being Mayweathers fighter, I'll say this, Jessie Vargas is overrated as hell. The best prospect or one of the best in boxing, come on. He might be a solid fighter but I certainly don't see a future star or a guy with great talent.
