It changes often. My favorite fighter though was probably Vinny Pazienza, because we came from the same neighborhood and he would come to the gym I worked out at and train once in awhile. I prefer fighters who are flawed and overcome that with persistence, will and desire. As far as heavyweight go...Joe Louis. He was the total package throwing every punch with picture perfect technique, and he was a destroyer. A guy like fighting like Mormeck did today wouldn't last a single round with Louis.

I see a lot of favoritism with you. Sure Louis was decent to watch but he did have a "bum of the month" thing going on. Maybe so with Mormeck and we will never know. Just know that to me this fight wasn't all that to get excited about BUT it's ok to fight a tune up from time to time. That I do not blame Wlad for. Let's hope he picks a top 10 opponent next time.

I like Vinny too btw. It's ironic that Jones gets so much praise for beating him considering he was really blown up at the higher weights in his career.

Nope. Mormeck was a garbage fight. You won't hear me saying otherwise. Point is, in a shitty HW era you fight who you can fight. Mormeck was a horrendous mismatch but it wasn't the first time it's happened, and Wlad's been due a bum fight for a while now.
