He forgot to say an educated award winning journalist and broadcaster vs the opinion of just another ****** hood star..

Merchant is a boxing historian. He knows his stuff. He may not know as much about Pro Wrestling as 'Money' though.
Floyd claims that it is the WWE that inspires him to make the comments he does. Often he uses that as an excuse for what is simply ******ity.
He is not a very bright man at times.
A perfect example is his refusal to engage Pacquiao in battle.
100 percent of nothing is nothing.
How is avoiding a fight with Manny 'self preservation'?
How does it enrich his family?
How does it enrich his delusion of being the 'best athlete in the world'?
The best fight the best, period.
Without Pac, he will never be regarded as the best of his generation.

Larry is the boss just got to love the dude although he does seem to have a bit of beef with floyd but hey some people will never get on and some will these two just clash that's all Floyd does deserve more respect then Larry gives him.

He babbles on about the "crowd doing the wave" or busting out his 1920's jokes that are no longer relevant. He asks the WORST questions and he takes 2 minutes to get a sentence out. They need Kellerman up there asap.

"Yesterday Bernard Hopkins said that this fight would be between a two construction workers for a sandwich. Will it be a turkey sandwich, or a roast beef sandwich?"
And then he chuckles at his own joke. Still to this day, I don't understand what he was talking about, and this was a few years ago. Larry has long been sliding down the slope since then.
But seriously, what does Larry bring to boxing that either enhances our viewing experience or bring in new fans?
