Why should I bother myself just because you ask for it. I'm not a child to scurry around trying to "prove" my comment. I made a post which mentioned that there were reports that Mayweather outweighed Marquez by 20 lbs at fight time. At least I'm quoting reality and not making up a lie like one of the crazies. I'm enlarging on this now in telling you that this was reported in a Boxingscene article quoting ringside observers and anallysts. I think it was mentioned on BoxingScene in more than one article. I heard it myself on TV and also saw it in articles by other writers. I don't keep a record of who they are, I don't care, I just read them. Could be Rold, Montoya Kim, Fischer, Donovan, Edwards, Scotto, Stewart, or any of 50 others. Could be quotes from the top trainers or observers.....who cares?

I'm also asking YOU, why do you think that Mayweather never allows himself to be weighed before the fight, the "unofficial weight" that every other boxer permits???? I'm not assuming anything, just asking your opinion but I don't care if he was 100 lbs more....
I'm a computer expert? And you know this how?

I'm really not, by the way.

So, what you're saying is, is you don't have any links? Why am I not surprised?

I don't recall a single credibile writer reporting that Mayweather was 20 Lbs heavier than Marquez on fight night. Not a single one.

So, again, please, provide a link to these reports if you've seen them. I'm sure it won't be hard to find considering they were so many.

I have no idea why and frankly I don't care.

Although, he did weigh in on fight night for his very last fight and he was 150.

Strange, he looked pretty similar to the Marquez fight. I wonder where 20 lbs of extra weight went.

    20 lbs heavier.

Since it's Mayweather that's the most likely explanation. I also don't believe that anyone can truthfully say that he's never weighed more than 150. How would you know, he always refuses to be weighed. This weigh-in is so rare that I don't recall when it last happened. (My screening of the Ortiz fight didn't show it, I'm living in Panama and their TV timing is too close for any extras, although I get quite a bit of info from Col Bob Sheridan).
The only reason he weighed in on fight night was because he knew he was 3 Lbs over and wanted to show it off?

Oh really? And that's a fact?

Yet, he looked no bigger in the Ortiz fight than he was in the Marquez fight. Yet, you think he was 20 Lbs Heavier?

He hid the extra in his trunks, that's why they are always so long. Floyd has MONSTER quads..

        • another one of the mayweather clan's fraudlent ass whoppers. Lets just file this under floyd calling out winky wright then backing the f u kk off when it came time to actually make the fight and sergio vs floyd in dubai.

Still, to stand and trade with someone who outweighs you by a good 20lbs and get the better of him shows who the boss in the ring was.

DLH had moments mostly against the ropes, but even then Floyd was toying with him. Floyd took chances and got caught a few times ... showing his chin ... but if people were expecting a 150lb fighter to KO or even knockdown a guy who came in about as big as a LtHW(175lbs), then they were delusional from the get-go.

Boxing isn't about whose face is messed up .. and if you use that as a gauge to determine who won then you're MMA fan.
It wasn't a wooping in punch stats either. But he did have the edge in punching.

            • roger is just talking. he's a wild-man. my kinda guy.

if you think he's anything but a bit off his rocker i've got news for you:

roger mayweather is at least a bit off his rocker. he trains the planet's best boxer but he's still a bit daft.

he's just talking. he may or may not be serious (about taking at fight at 175 if that's where the money is,) but it's nothing more than a dude who is off his rocker talking ****

i love it, but i dont know why this is news. he's just talking ****

he probably things floyd could slick his way to a decision against the klitschkos
              it doesn't mean anything.

Sergio...hed rather fight him than Pacquiao believe that. Unless Sergio shows some sort of decline...Floyd wont fight him. Sergio throes a lot of punches..Floyd will avoid him as well
I think you're stretching just a little bit. If you calm down with the hate and think, you will understand floyd is not going to 154 to run from pac. lol thats funny just typin it. Hes goin to 154 to show the world he doesnt need to "drain" cotto to beat him. whether you agree with the pac-cotto weight drain theory is up to you, but Im pretty sure thats whats on his mind, since thats what the world thinks pac did to cotto, may wants to one up him. hes not runnin to 154 to avoid pac, and you know this.

Sergio at 160 is just as dangerous as Manny @ 147
sergio at 160 is ten times more dangerous than manny at 147, sorry, it is. On a scale of 1 to 10, manny at 147 is a 7, sergio at 160 is a 10
