I've been saying it for a long while - both sides are complicit in the duck. And honestly, the fact that this fight doesn't get made means in my eyes, it should affect their legacy. I mean, how can you rank them alongside Leonard, Duran, Hearns when they won't even take this true test of their greatness?

Everyone should give up on this fight and just watch Duran vs Leonard 1 instead - two fighters who have similarities to Pac and Floyd - except they are far, far greater and the fight is better than anything Floyd and Pac could serve up right now anyway.

Who would've known that two years later Pacquiao would ask for the terms he walked away from. In essence, he didn't want what he wanted.

Or maybe it shows a willingness to compromise. Is that not what is required to get this ****** fight done? (Along with many, many other things - which are likely to never happen).

2 years to compromise. Impressive. Especially when it's the terms you refused for two years. And I agree, compromise is how you get a fight done. Doesn't take 800 days to realize that.

you right about that but pac very late has agreed to terms he walked away from but floyd should agree to terms he agreed upon for the past 2 years. saying no one is getting a 50/50 split him. is saying that he doesnt want to fight pacquiao right now. both have done their share of ducking this fight. cant defend either guy or blame either guy.

2 years to compromise > 2 years of continuously adding road blocks.

Some of us believe Manny was right in refusing those terms. But if the only way to get this fight done (Take The Test, baby!) then he had to cede, cos Floyd sure wasn't going to.

I mean, what is this? You want him to agree to the demands, he does - but the issue now is that he didn't accept the first time around? What has that got to do with what Floyd is doing right now?

You said yourself that if Floyd started ****ing around with the money demands, you'd blame him (yes, I noted you and other Floyd fans saying that at the time - cos in the back of my mind, I had this nagging feel that Floyd would do something like this).

You know that cannot be justified. You know Floyd should be all over this fight, he should be jumping on this ****.

                    Why isn't he?

You know, I don't see things in black and white. I guess because that's not the world we live in. And I don't pretend humans are devoid of emotion. If I offer you good terms and you instead ridicule, deny, conjure up lies and ultimately, walk away, I wouldn't be a man if you came back and found me in the same position.
