Michael Jordan is one of the if not the most overrated athletes in the history of sports. ROFL. Toss up between him and David Beckham. Jordan played in a era of incredibly weak guards and small un athletic yet hard working go getters. Jordan's era was mostly dominated by big men when kobe's era had the most insane bunch of talent at the 2-3 spot the nba ever seen. Starting from 2000+
Iverson-Mcgrady-Carter-Lebron-Wade-Melo-Pierce-Allen-Kobe himself-Durant- the list goes on and on and on, Jordan never had to deal with any of these guys in his prime going against the other guards and sfowards. Jordan's best opponents was probably rofl drexter and ****ing scottie pippen at the 2-3 spots. One of which was on his team.

While I kind of agree with what your saying, you can only be the best of your era and Jordan was without a doubt the best of his era.

Even tho he had alot of help throughout his career. He had 5 seasons without Pippen and every single one of them was a losing season. Yet no one brings up Pippen, Grant, Rodman etc.

And you can also add Lin and Dirk to your list.
