Maidana should stop Alexander

I can't believe people have such a low opinion of Devon. I think he wins big tonight. Too much skill and quickness for Maidana. And I do believe that Maidana will respect his power enough to forgo the all out, reckless aggression that he would need to win. Devon by wide UD. I don't have too many points, but I'll bet 2 mil on it (pm me). Anyone have the betting odds on this fight?

i think ppl are gonn find out what happens if u overestimate one fighter and underestimate another. maidana is probably the best type of opponenet for alexander honestly.

I really feel as long as Alexander doesn't get caught he will win a lopsided decision, I think a lot of people will be surprised by how dominant he is. It won't be easy though.

Have you watched his fights? Maidana walks through everything till he falls, gets up and walks through it again. If Devon isn't ready for a rumbling battle of ultimate attrition... He will be overwhelmed by sheer grit and will.

As for quickness, Maidana has good timing.. Quickness is nullified by good timing. Khan was quicker than Devon is and Maidana still gave Khan everything he could handle.

It's hard to believe Maidana will stop Alexander when Matthysse didn't, unless Alexander is worse now.

Fight's going to be on tonight, and I still have no idea who I think will win. Maidana better realize he needs the KO. Only thing I'm sure of is that Alexander will look the worse for wear than Maidana when this fight is over.

Alexander is a different fighter to khan. And Maidana didnt finish Khan who in my opinion (even though im a big fan) hasnt got a better chin than Alexander. Alexander likes to trade and maidana's crude approach wont work tonight. But if Devon walks on to a big right hand then who knows!

He didn't beat Morales or Corley easily at all, they boxed him. They're both shot to pieces. Alexander is faster, younger, and can box better than both of them. Maidana will have a tough time.

that contradict history given alexander arguably lost to a lesser version of maidana in mathysse...i give devon a lot of crdiet tho,he's now facing mathysse 3.0 in maidana...lol
