Pacquiao would never do that. He goes by existing rules. There was no requirement and thus will not demand it.

Regarding the 10 million penalty, you yourself just said that's something no fighter would agree to. That's the point I was trying to make, no fighter would agree to something like that and not negotiate it down if they're really serious.

Mayweather agreed to the 10 million because he had no intention of ever making that fight. So to him agreeing to the 10 million was meaningless as far as he was concerned. It could have been 100 million and he would not have cared because he had excuses planned and ready to make sure the fight was not going to happen.

Ummmm.... the only reason the fight didn't happen was because Pac wanted to know exactly when he was going to be tested. He had no issue with the blood testing but rather wanted to take the word "RANDOM" out of the equation. Once Mayweather would not agree to Pac and him knowing when they would be tested, then Pac went to fight Clottey. How does that come out to Floyd not wanting the fight? I'm curious to know how you know that Floyd never intended to fight Pac by accepting the 10MIL dollar penalty over 147? He accepted it. How would he know that Pac had a problem with giving blood and afraid of needles?

Pac gave mega excuses on why not to take them tests. Floyd was ready to lose 10 MIL for 1LB over 147, but Pac was not willing to give blood "RANDOMLY" and make 40MIL. How come this doesn't make compute to you? On top of that. There is a video on youtube (look it up yourself) with Freddie Roach saying that they would agree to any tests Mayweather wanted and once they did, Mayweather would run away. Seriously, you Pac supporters need to be in tune and do research in the sport before you guys talk and try to debate with people on here serious about boxing. It was the talk with Pacquiao when he first used that demand. Then he had to continue with the demand with other fighters so as not to look like a hypocrite. Obviously the others would jump at the chance to make their biggest pay day. That's the whole purpose why they are in the fight game, to make money.

There was never any intention on Mayweather to actually make the fight with Pacquiao and we're seeing the continuation of that.

George Peterson a close associate of Al Haymon was quoted in Dec 2009 "that fight will never happen" he would not disclose why he said that but he said "I can't say anymore but some fights are just not meant to happen". He obviously knew something was up.
