What does Peterson being close to Haymon have to do with anything? Peterson is a trainer for another fighter. Haymon could have said that Arum is the reason that the fight ain't happening considering Haymon and Arum have had beef for years. Ariza is in the inner circle and by the way team Pac conducts themselves you can tell none of them can keep their mouths shut and wants to be the top guy next to Pac. Ariza said Arum and Koncz. Not saying I believe him or not but it is more of a possibility then saying Peterson knows why the fight ain't happening but won't say it.

I didn't comment on how much he's making, but how he's doing it now and speculating on the future past retirement (not another vacation to duck certain fighters). It's a no brainer he'll be making a lot of money WHILE he is active as a boxer.

        • Arum will die before he lets someone else take his cut of this fight. He hates May and DelaHoya with a passion because they escaped him and started to make their OWN money. He will never let May get a fair cut without all the "conditions" that would almost certainly benefit Pac. We have to face reality....

ARUM is BOXING, he is backed by the city of Las Vegas along with all of the casinos that get flooded when he does his thing. The state athletic comission and the judges know who pays the bills... by the way there is NO state taxes in nevada..... May as a promoter has nothing on Arum

The only reason why this fight has not happened is because of Arum.

George Peterson knows exactly what's up. Ask George.

              • less money means 45/55 or 40/60 for floyd not 40M (and some back ends) both party knows this fight could generate 3M PPV buys or a possible 300M revenue and you will give the guy only 40M and take all the 200M+ revenue? that is not less its only a portion.

both are PPV attractions both could make 1M+ ppv buys put them together they could get a possible 300 ppv buys. floyd itself could not make 2M ppv buys neither is pac.

so taking less (45/55 or 40/60)for being one of the attraction is ok for pac, but giving a flat 40M (and some back ends) is an insult.

Couldn't have said it any better. This is it in a nut shell.

                    Try pondering on this

Pac is the most searched boxer in the net (globally)

Pac is the fighter of the decade

                    PAc is the p4p

PAc is ranked 28 in the top athletes of 2012 in the usa while floyd only ranked 48 lol

                    7 division champ

                    4 linear champ

                    more fights under his belt

PAc has more endorsement in the usa than Floyd. Including Nike brands and commercials, HP etc etc..

Telling me that 50/50 ain't fair when pac is even bigger than Floyd in the USA more so than in the world and you still think Floyd should get more than 50/50?

What about 55/45 winner take thew bigger pot still no good for you. HAve no confidence with your boy?

Bro 50/50 is a fair shake. That's all their is to it. If you don't get it just wipe Floyd's divk out of your mouth kiss azz hehe!

                    Fair game.

Pac is asking what is rightfully his.. If you yourself are being ripped off or short changed you won't even close a business deal yourself. This is a 50/50 split fight.

Don't even know why people blame Arum. Even God can't stop you from fighting somebody if you want to prove you're the best. Clearly, this is not an easy fight for Floyd.

                      Well said bro.

*****s should ponder on this as well..

Pac has a higher PPV in their last fight. Pac vs Marquez 1.4mill. Floyd Ortiz, 1.1mill down to probably 800-700k (coz of the refunds for sucker punching Ortiz.)
