Prolonging a fight is not illegal nor is it fixing a fight the outcome of the fight is still the same boxers have been predicting the round the fight will end since forever this is not new.

If a fighter was to take a dive in a said round that's fixing a fight but if you are good enough to stop a fight in a certain round and want a few of your friends to profit from that I say fair play.

There is also a risk involved so its hardly cheating Froch said he could of got the guy out of there in 4 what if the guy recovered and stopped Froch in 5 or Froch wasn't able to land the same power shots as he did for the rest of the fight and it goes to decision.

Haye clearly did the same thing vs Harrison nothing new Froch is just being honest.
