he wasnt drunk . he did interviews with boxnation before and after the fight on air, so he was definitely not drinking or drunk. he had only time for maybe one beer after the broadcast was over.

Haye must have lower power than we think or he didn't punch as hard as he could've or Chisora has a granite chin. He ate those shots like he felt nothing.

it doesnt matter if you can punch really hard in the ring, in a streetfight you need to hold back or you will get yourself hurt more than you hurt the other guy. your hands arent built to take the kind of impact the body can generate, thats what handwraps and gloves are for.

if you are a boxer, certainly a puncher you only put 20-25% on the shots if even that in a streetfight and go for accuracy instead.

and i reckon it would be pretty interesting. if chisora keeps a tight defence, similar to last night, and walks haye down so that haye doesn't have room to do his pathetic jump and hope routine, then it could be a very close one

In the gym the word bum is used for fighter that are not respected despite their boxing abilities. with no disrespect...dont be such a drama queen about the word "bum", in boxing... thats been around since the beginning of time. Until he shows something and backs up his trash talking what good is he really?

lol, I think it's maybe a cultural misunderstanding on my part, we don't use the word 'bum' frequently across the pond in that context (well someone's butt = bum over here).
