Love Floyd, but his first loss comes May 5th via 8 round KO from a body shot. Call me all the names you want, but Cotto KO win is VERY VERY likely at 154. Not going to argue....this is what im picking

Shane has a legitimate opinion because he fought both and even though he caught Floyd and had him on noodles knees, he still picks Floyd to win. I respect Miguel Cotto attitude wise but I'm not going to act like he will be a problem for Floyd if I don't believe it. I never thought Cotto was a threat from 140 on because of the styles. Most poster make comments and post from personal aspects but mine is strictly about the fighters and the styles. Cotto is too open for an accurate fighter like Floyd. If Cotto wins then congratulations to him but don't see it happening and never did. Don't mean I'm hating on him.

That's what it is. So far I am honestly surprised by the amount of famous people (Roach, Shane, Steward) touting Cotto as a credible force at 154. NSB posters can say anything they want but once their convinced a fighter is better they will never believe he loses till they see it, and even then they call robbery. Upsets do happen, rooting hard for this one. As a fan people should be hoping at least for a nice competitive fight, boxing is dying because all of these huge fights are all stinkers -- outmatched opponents never make for suspenseful viewing. All our best fights are under-cards no one watches.

That has nothing to do with the point we agree on. I am a fan of both May and Pac so whichever team he is on is irrelevant. dude made a good point in understanding sugar's comments on the fight unlike many of the fools here on boxing scene.

There is a difference between a fan of Pacman and a *******. *******s are the one that usually gets offended by the term. Sames goes for *****s, Kstans and the rejuvenated Cottards. You cant reason with them.

Cotto is my favorite boxer but aint going to be discrediting Floyd or making dumb statements because I believe in him too much. I am rooting for him. But to blatantly come here and make statements of him winning or him loosing because my analysis said so it is plain and simple ******. I hope he is ready and give his best. Predictions are fine and usually have to be taken with a bit of comedy. People assuming they know the outcome in a sport like boxing usually know far less than they think.

I usually like reading your posts Grus , unlike a lot of posters you try to back up your positions with they too forgotten "Why". But to state that you are just stating facts as opposed to many other fans opinions is a bit of a stretch dont you think?
