Man you wasted all those words to communicate that you are an idiot. I figured it out after your first sentence about Roach barely being able to work the mitts. How many champs does Roach have and how many trainer of the year awards has the guy earned?

Is Roach a trainer that focuses on defense? No he teaches an offensive style thats pretty obvious. Does that mean he completely ignores defense or the lack there of? absolutely not.
