Its very hard for people to believe that Floyd can actually lose or even be in a tough close fight. Can't blame them being that he's undefeated but Cotto is no ****in slouch. Its not like Cotto is some journey man bum.

I hope so. I hope Cotto's trainer advise him to use his lateral movement more and not getting into a stand still in the pocket fight with Floyd. Nowadays, it's seem like Floyd really want his opponents to stay right in front of him so that he can get his punches off first whilst depending on his superior head/upper body defense to not get hit. But i don't think Cotto fighting on his back off whilst making Floyd the aggressor will be a beneficial tactic since Floyd is still capable of cutting off the ring properly.

Cotto need to find a way to use intelligent effective aggression to force Floyd to fight on the back foot[Which he hadn't done effectively in three years since the JMM bout].

I think Cotto will do what he's been doing - throwing combinations and moving when he's not pumping out the jab. That will force Floyd to use his legs (something he doesn't seem fond of doing lately, as you noted) and lessen countering opportunities. The thing is, who knows what Roger's gameplan will be. I do think that, either way, he's going to lose some rounds in this one.

Please... Mosley talking as If the current Cotto is the same Cotto he fought way back when.. Cotto has been in many, many wars since the Mosley fight (Marg, Clottey, Pacquiao..) and floyd, well he's the same old Floyd.. undefeated.. I've always said the best thing for Cotto is that the fight is at 154 but ultimately imo he's a little past it compared to floyd imo, I see Cotto's head bouncing around like a bowling ball all night come May 5th, you can just look at the way Cotto trains compared to Floyd and see that Floyd is on a totally different level. It's really not even close, but I'll let yall believe the hype..

The only way I see Cotto winning this fight is if he hits Floyd with a left hook to the body in a counter and is able to hurt him.

Floyd is simply too good with his footwork and is a master adjusting in the ring.

Cotto better have a few game plans comming in

When has he not taken an opponent seriously.

In boxing you better take the sport seriously.

You don't get up for your opponent......stay sharp.
