Lennox had been fighting since 1989 and had achieved everything he had wanted to achieve. He was already fighting at an age when a lot of fighters retire anyway. It was hardly as if Klitschko fought him when he was in his late 20s or early 30s. Beating Klitschko again wouldn't have improved his legacy - it was only an exciting fight, not a particularly important one at the time. Klitschko simply came onto the scene a little bit too late. Knowing what we now know about Klitschko, he was a much better boxer than most of Lennox's opponents.

It is not Lennox's fault that Klitschko can't fight a decent opponent. Lewis had his run and already had one eye on retirement anyway, as he was wanting to have a family and his wife/girlfriend and mum had a role in him calling it a day. Klitschko didn't exactly run him off, that is a silly thing to say.

Exactly. That was just another victory for Lennox in a long and great career.

Whereas losing to Lennox defines Vitali's career.

Jimmy, why do you continue to lie? If you were all about the "end game" you would admit it was Lewis' punches that brought the "end game" about. Vitaly had NO choice in the matter. Lewis than CHOSE to retire. He didn't have to, he just felt he had nothing left to prove. So the "end game" is it was the punches Lennox threw that were more effective because they brought about the end of the fight. END GAME.

Exactly what facts have I twisted, little guy? Did Lewis or did he not land the punches that put an end to the fight? If you say he did than you unwittingly admit Lennox threw the more effective punches. If you say he didn't than you're a liar, plain and simple.
