I call being outlanded 2 to 1 and outpointed 2-1 unfinished business. Those with no common sense don't so I understand your case. Why did Pacquiao and Marquez fight 3 times? Close fights right? Well wasn't the Klitschko-Lewis fight close? Actually Vitali was winning more decisively than Pacquiao ever beat Marquez.

Also: Isn't it Ironic that Vitali basically says the exact same thing I said in the quote from me you have in your avitar. What does that really say here?

      Then..........

Life will go on with your opinion ignored by history.

      How does that feel?
      Please say something of substance.

The reality, as Vitali describes, is that it was a competitive fight that swung both ways. Vitali proved himself in that fight, but he also got beaten by a legitimate stoppage to protect his health. Their fight was epic and very competitive. Lewis took Vitali's best shots. Vitali took Lewis' best shots. Lewis did enough damage to cause the stoppage. The fight was the best heavyweight spectacle since Holyfield vs Tyson I and there hasn't been a better one since.

Lewis is an ATG. Vitali is an ATG. They both belong in the same bracket. That's all there is to it.
Well thought out and reasonable post. I only mostly agree but can respect this one. Well done.

If he outlanded and outpointed Lewis convincingly by 2:1, why didn't he double the destruction he received, back to Lewis??? How come he never knocked Lewis down?? How come all Lewis had to show for all Vitali's 2:1 blows was a cut across his nose???

I don't recall him beating Vitali convincingly or even attempting to face Wladimir.

No, it had all to do with Vitali's ****y defense and Lennox's right hand. He took advantage of a flaw in his opponent. That's not luck.

It's to do with their race. For the nuthuggers at least.

He was about 35 and Wladimir was ranked about 5th in the world and he beat Vitali who was 2nd. Why would he need that fight?
