If I recall right, it's been a while, Ledderman scored it 1-4 to Vitali and 5 and 6 to Lennox. I won't deny I'm not 100% sure, it's been a few months since I watched the fight.

HBO did force Lennox to fight Vitali when Johnson was injured. He was the only alternate fighter they would approve making Lennox fight him if he wanted to keep the date, which originally wasn't supposed to be his last fight. They were in litigation because he owed Vitali a fight and was clearly ducking him making fights with faded Mike Tyson and Kirk Johnson.
