    Kell Brooks, UK's new "savior"?

I've been living in the UK for over 10 years. And there's this cringe-worthy thing they like to do, which is basically overrate all their products.

They do it with football (soccer), and it seems they do it with boxing too.

After setting themselves up for a massive fall, they go on to embarrassing themselves.

Their new hype is now directed at Kell Brooks.

According to majority of them, he's already a "world beater", and can challenge the likes of Pacquiao and Mayweather.

Only a matter of time before he fails.

haha, let the brit prove himself. he's got a decent name in matthew hatton, we'll see how he does against him. i mean alvarez beat him around for 12 rounds, if kell can stop him it's got to count for something, right? idk, he'll prove his worth in due time. he's already made his US debut, hearn has said he will be facing names this year once he gets past hatton, if i remember correctly. or at least he and brook said they were ready to face names. we'll see...i'm looking forward to seeing what brook can do on the world stage against a known name. i'd love to see him and khan go at it.

I don't hear everyone talk him up as the next saviour lol

I think most people think Khan is probably still the better guy even with his recent loss. Most of the casual fans don't know Brook from Adam, but they will all tell you watching Tyson Fury on TV on Ch 5 and a lot don't think he's much cop either lol

Britain has a lot of talented fighters challenging for titles and giving it their all, thats what real fans want, unless your a little media puppet, which you clearly are

What genuinely world class fighter does England have?

Best bet is Khan. And even he ain't there yet.

You'd think with all the "hype" that he's been getting you'd be able to spell his name...... stop talking ****e.

Froch? Done well to get to where he is. But genuinely world class? No chance.
