the only thing that fight showed was that marquez has no business in there with a real WW
and that floyd cant stop a blown up LW (former career FW,)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Pacquiao fight him before Mayweather?

pacquiao had fought marquez twice at the time he fought floyd, first at 26 and then at 30, but i dont see what that has to do with my post?

manny isnt a real WW, even now. he eats like a horse to weigh about 145-50 on fight night

naturally he's probably somewhere between LW and jr WW
we'll call him a small jr WW

i dont even undertsand the nature of his question, nowhere in my posts does it come into question that marquez and manny fought twice at lower weight classes prior to the mayweather and marquez fight

you must really be hurting about the "floyd being the most well rounded" fighter ever thread if that's what you've been reduced to

          Edit:
i think i understand the nature of his quesiton now
he's asking whether about pacquiao and marquez fought because he's talking about pacquiao in true WW terms

which he is not. fighting manny twice doesnt prove you belong in there with WW

you seriously thought i didnt know about marquez and manny's first two fights? and you thought you'd swoop in and start to feel better about yourself for pointing it out to everybody?

Your lack of understanding is what made you criticize Floyd without realizing that Pacquiao was guilty of the same thing.

The difference between the two was that Marquez could not get a rematch against Pacquiao because Pacquiao kept refusing.

So, after a while Marquez decided that if he cannot redeem himself against Pacquiao, he would instead move passed Pacquiao to the best man in the business.

Marquez has consistently said that Floyd is on a completely different level than Manny Pacquiao.

You can edit AFTER THE FACT if you like, but it isn't me making you look ******. You've been doing a fine job all by yourself, tough guy.

I just clapped at the end and told Dubbed that I enjoyed it.

And here you come complaining because I like appreciate a decisive win.

            You'll be all right.

dude you are the one who is literally following my posts around looking to find something to make you feel better about yourself

i am sorry but that is sad.

what the hell are you even talking about?

until i came into a thread ranking floyd mayweather as the most well rounded fighter of all time and ran into "*****s" i haven't heard a single person tell me that my opinions on boxing make me look ******

in fact they've been well received from many of the posters i respect.

for the record, i'd pick mayweather easily outpoint mayweather, and i dont identify myself as a member of either of their fanbases if it means i'm excluded from the other.

IMO its beacause watching pure boxing its an acquired taste ... like listening to jazz or trying certain kind of foods etc...

When i first started boxing i would watch some fights and get distracted or bored... but now that i been in the game for some time ... and have learned to watch boxing.

I can watch fights non stop no matter what ... and i do find floyd skills to be really entretaining. I usually find myself amazed at the skill level of this guy.

I dont really like his attitude but the guy its a true boxing genius.

I'm just entering this thread, sorry for jumping in, but this post kind of jumped out at me.

Manny cut from 152 down to 142 during the weigh in for the DLH fight; where he weighed approx 146 on fight night against DLH.

The point is he cut from 152lb's. I can provide a link if need be.
