Are you really?? Floyd's power is absolutely minimal at 160. Chavez has genuine pop. He's huge. He's a great body puncher. He has fairly decent stamina. You're not talking about a fighter that fears being hit in Chavez. You're talking about a fighter that will bully Floyd to the ropes & stay strickly to Floyd's midsection with genuine middleweight power. I sugest you really rethink your pick here.

Chavez Jr. ain't all that skilled, he's a good fighter but the size would be too much for Floyd. The biggest guy Floyd fought was Oscar and DLH was like 164 lbs in the ring, Chavez weighed 181 in his last fight. The size is too great here, in fact, I'm now of the opinion that Chavez Jr. causes any elite MW problems due to size, Rubio who made Lemieux look tiny looked so much smaller than Chavez. Size is too much and I definitely think Chavez is using diuretics.

I think there are two scenarios, one is where Mayweather's superior skills and slickness makes Chavez think more than he's used to which leads to him becoming hesitant with his attack. Or two, once Chavez feels Mayweather can't hurt him, he just bulls Mayweather around the ring, there is like a 30 pound size difference between them on fight night.

Weight doesn't mean ****, unless Floyd plans on letting Chavez lean on him all night

                It doesn't matter.

Floyd doesn't need power to win, he doesn't have to hurt Chavez to win.

All he has to do is pot shot, stay in the center of the ring.

JCC isn't quicker on his feet either, he wouldn't be trapping anyone on the ropes, and Floyd wouldn't let him just beat on his body. It would be a case of JCC JR trying to find the target all night and failing.

Anyone who's been in the ring and fought or sparred knows full well that weight doesn't mean anything if you're in the ring with a quick master boxer. You could have 50lbs on them and it doesn't make a difference if you can't keep up.

Either Chavez lands a bomb and knocks him out or he barely wins a round.
