Agree or disagree with this statement.......

"Harold Lederman, the (HBO) unofficial ringside television judge, gave the third round to Castillo, which I think demonstrates that Mayweather suffers from the same scoring syndrome that afflicted Pernell Whitaker. Mayweather is so seldom hit cleanly in his face, that when a clean shot is landed against him it registers all out of proportion in the observer's mind. Meanwhile, the three clean shots Mayweather just landed against his opponent do not make the same kind of impression".

    -Max Kellerman

Agree or disagree????? Make your case for each.

And for the record, I had Castillo winning the first fight slightly as well, 7 rounds to 5.

Harold Lederman is a terrible judge and I literally never take his scorecard seriously.

I really thought it was interesting how he gave Donaire a 10-8 round when he just had Vazquez hurt.

It obviously had to do with Donaire hurting him bad and then the Fact that Vasquez only landed 1 power punch in that round. WV2 should have that point taken away for not doing ***** in the round then the fact that Donaire won that round extremely convincingly, which he did

That was not a 10-8 round.

            Lederman is absolutely terrible.

No, I see why he did, but just don't if most would have.

So, you disagree or agree with Kellermans statement???

There have been way, way, wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many absolutely senseless judging in boxing for one to invest any significant time analyzing judging.

The criteria they use to score rounds is irrelevant ecause some of these dudes are clearly being paid off or blackmailed or something.
