Everything you said is 100% correct, scientifically speaking.

I would like to know if testing was done for Donaire and Wilfredo. It was for a WBO belt afterall.

The bottom line, JCC JR is the El Dinero de Vaca. He calls the shots.

If he doesn't want to take a f***ing test, then he's not going to take a f***ing test and no force in this world can compel him to.

        Period.

JCC JR is the one who's been pushing for OSDT. Why do you think Sergio and Lou DiFatso been ducking the fight?

Boxing is such a circus now days. Boxers are becoming such sissys, always asking for more money and rejecting the difficult fights. Jr. is such a piece of crap. I dont blame him though, but I do blame the people who are ****** enough to buy some of his PPV bouts.

Lmao It felt like he was fighting a HW because he was fighting a heavyweight... and Chavez is 25 and in his prime, what do they mean that they can't except the fact that Jr fought with so much energy? hes 25 years old! 25-28 is called "PRIME" for a reason, besides, it's all just excuses imo, and Chavez did appear to get tired at times, he even admitted that he didn't have his legs from rd 9 on....

So its solely on the WBC shoulders to make sure a test is given.

THink about it, Rubio had a contract with the WBC, not the Commission to have the test administered.
I'm not familiar with the contract situation. If it states that the WBC is reponsible for the tests then they must have had a major brainfart responding the way they did. If indeed it is up to the local commision to administer the tests then the WBC has given a promise the cannot keep.

So it wasn't the WBC that 'forgot' to test. It was the commision (according to the story).

I'm not defending anything here as it is plain to see this is shady. I was only taking issue with Rubio barking at the wrong door.

More WBC garbage. What a lame excuse!! There was a WBC representive at the fight. Why didn't he voice his disapproval of Chavez' action right then and there?? What a PITIFUL excuse!! Didn't the WBC/suliaman overturn the Hopkins vs Dawson verdict even BEFORE the CSAC rendered it's final ruling?? The CSAC promised a determination within a few weeks, remember?? Couldn't have they WAITED for the CSAC to do their job?? NO!! They took it upon themselves to OVER RULE the commission. Double standards?? hmmm... But.. it would be ludicrous to expect anything different from the corrupt WBC/Suliaman and their NEW partner, the Texas State Athletic Commission. Pitiful
