I am sorry for Martinez but right now he is in C Class, Cotto have fought much better quality than Martinez that is why Floyd pick him, also Cotto is the best third PPV attraction. So Martinez comments are not professional and looks like jealous about Cotto opportunity. First after Chavez-Rubio he need to take on one of then, then Kirkland or Alvarez.

Only thing I have to say about that is that P4P is really just a list, which are all opinions and I don't necessarily agree with their biased writing, plus DLH owns part if it ! Lol

Cotto doesn't know the word scared. That's for *****es like Martinez and his fooled ***ryders buying into this ****. Pavlik was coming out of being in and out of rehab when he lost to Martinez and Williams already got exposed by Quintana, whom he beat in similar fashion to the way he was beaten by Martinez. You can't be for real and say Martinez is a more accomplished fighter than Cotto and that he's scared. Honestly. The man just fought a tough fight with a bigger son of a ***** who doesn't know the word stop. He needed to avenge that L, wtf is the problem with that? It's not like he breezed by Pacman without a beating. And now he signs to fight arguably the best fighter of this era and he's scared of Martinez? He signed to fight Mayweather because its a much bigger payday and a softer beating.

Like i said, i have no great desire to see Cotto get brutalised by Sergio. Its not really something i wanna see. I still cringe seeing Miguels kids watching their dad get destroyed and humbled by Margarito. They've been through too much....

There's more intrigue with the other 2 guys. Macklin has been around the block, and has routinely struggled with the type of comp the other guys go through easily. Sturm was a good effort, but not something a handful of other no names haven't done, see Sturm's following fight. What other fight was Macklin really impressive in? The Moore loss?

I don't understand where you get shot from. He fights men all bigger than him, I mean he isn't even a real MW, and he TKO's them all. Foreman was a slick boxer who Cotto outboxed, Mayorga is an aggressive hard hitter who is very big, and Margarito HAD to happen and Cotto fought an almost perfect fight that night. To me, he isn't shot. I like his new trainer too. With his win over Margs his confidence is back, demons gone. At least we agree on one thing: He has definitely got something left in him.

Yuri Foreman, Ricardo Mayorga and Margarito rematch. none of those guys are even contenders. I know Foreman had a title but he fought on 1 leg. Mayorga fight was just a joke, what Tyson said about it was true, they were there for a check. and Margarito is just a punching bag without the plaster.

I don't think Cotto can beat a p4p fighter anymore but he still beats a lot of guys out there just not the upper level guys.
