Umm, he tried to KO Pac and got rocked, did you not see it? I never said he was winning big either. You are so funny. You hate on Cotto for "running" so PLEASE tell me you do not praise others, like maybe fellow mexicans who "box." Watch the tapes back to back and tell me it ain't the same **** with Marquez "running" from Pacman rounds 10 - 12 in their last fight, right? C'mon you're not a crying sore-loser baby right? He lost that fight. Nobody told him to "run" during the championship rounds. And you also agree that ODLH ran from Tito the last IDK, 5 rounds of their fight by that logic right?
Of course Delahoya ran against Trinidad. Running is running and I don't care who's doing it. I have no agenda with this topic.Comment

Please read my post.... I said there was nothing wrong with Pac asking can he still make WW and there was nothing wrong with Cotto asking Pac if he has changed his mind about not fighting above 147... Kconz said in an interview that the would have enertained 148 for Cotto but the negotiations never got started because Cotto said he couldn't go below 150 and Manny after coming in at 144.5 for a 150 pound fight said that 147 is his limit... All Manny did was ask Cotto if he could make WW just like Cotto asked if Manny could fight above WW... I don't see a problem either way... How does anyone know Cotto can't fight at 147 unless you ask him??? How does anyone know if Pac changed his mind about not fighting above 147 again??? I just don't understand the problems with Cotto and Pacquiao asking each other those basic questions....As far as Margarito Im not going to disagree because I always felt pacman did take some punishment even though he won every round it wasnt easy. But if everything you say is true about him saying 150 and above its to much why even entertain any fights at the weight. If its not fair for him to move up it should be the same for his opponent as well. Its not right to make Cotto come down to 147. If Manny not a full welter then fight jr welters, you can't have it both ways, either fight at the limits or don't take it at all. As far as Floyd your way off. Floyd has never come in the ring at 150 or over, not even against Oscar who refused to be weighed on fight night. Floyds unofficial weight for fight night was 149 which means he lost a pound over night(He and pacman are probably the only guys who only hydrate only a couple pounds). Floyd has also only weighed in at the 147 limit once and that was against Hatton. And Marquez yes he did come in 2 pounds over so there isn't an argument from me on that even though Marquez still gets a beatdown if he didn't.Comment

Cotto said it clearly: I'M NO DRAINING MY BODY AGAIN FOR PACQUIAO.
He's not loosing to weight, if He looses, He looses to skills and heart.
Against the Cheater, I can understand why He wouldn't give the plasterking any advantage, but He didn't ask for catchweight to face a far better boxer.
Fck the Cheater and fck Manny the catchweight king.Comment

Another thing and not to nic pic but yes he is basically a 140 pounder but he fights at welter for the same reason EVERY guy moves up.. One of two reasons 1) The can no longer make the weight (Duran probably the best 135 pounder to ever live but he liked ice cream too much... 2) Too move to a glam divison. The glam divisons in boxing are 126, 135, 147, 160, 175, and Heavyweight... Roy Jones should have spent more time at 168 but the glam divisions for him were 160 and 175... As great as Holyfield was as a Crusier nobody even remembers him in that divison... It's not about having it both ways... It's just the truth most 140 pound champs would rather be 147 pound champs... The original weight classes get more attention than the newer ones...As far as Margarito Im not going to disagree because I always felt pacman did take some punishment even though he won every round it wasnt easy. That's a good point, I think others need to realize that.Cotto said it clearly: I'M NO DRAINING MY BODY AGAIN FOR PACQUIAO.

i'm a huge cotto fan, and i'm also a fan of mayweathers, but will be def rooting for my boy miguel on may 5. That being said the 148 is complete bull****. And two i'm excited to see this fight, i believe miguel can be competative and very competative if he goes to the body. And rerember its boxing anything can happen. This is not a complete mismatch as I view it. Is it a tough task for miguel hell ****ing yeah, but i believe in him and i'm hoping he wins. All the people that are complaining about this fight and this and that why watch sports, the one thing that makes sports great is upsets, not always the best wins in every game, fight etc... Just ask the 2007 patriots when they were upset by the gmen. It's sports **** can happen at any moment. With that being said LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOComment
