That's what many said about Marquez/Pac 3. We saw how that went...

Floyd fought Ortiz when he was coming off his greatest victory vs Berto.*
He fought Mosley when he came off his greatest win vs Margarito. **
He outclassed Hatton when he was undefeated.*
He beat De la Hoya in his own weightclass at 154.*
And now he's fighting a confident Cotto at 154 after avenging his loss to Margy.. no catchweight.*
So floyd keeps proving the point that he doesn't do what Pacquiao does. Instead, he fights them on an even playing field, at their best. period.

Pacquiao fights De la Hoya at 147, a weight he hasn't made in years.*
Pacquiao fights Hatton after being exposed by Floyd.*
Pacquiao fights Cotto at a catch-weight after being damaged by Margacheato.*
Pacquiao fights Clottey after losing to the shot Cotto.*
Pacquiao fights slow Margy after being KO'd by Mosley, at a catch-weight as well.*
Pacquiao fights Mosley after Floyd breaks him mentally. *

I'm just saying that Floyd doesn't do it quite like Pac does. He does it differently.*

Because Floyd is not making Cotto drain himself to make weight like Pac did and which he wanted to do again?

Not sure how Pac fans cant see the obvious but its clear as day, Floyd fights the best, Pac doesnt, simple.
Oh and before u *******s try put me on a *****, im a Cotto fan and the reason my boy gets a shot at Floyd and yours doesnt, is cause Cotto actually wants to fight Floyd

Should be interesting to hear about why the Cotto/Mayweather fight never happen back then. A lot will be revealed about Bob Arum and Top Rank around that time. I know this fight is a lil late but seeing Cotto/Floyd in the ring together is always a good thing. At least it's at 154 and for a Jr Middle Weight title.
