Pac made Cotto fight him at 145 and not 147 AFTER he fought De La Hoya at 147. Roach even called them weight handicaps when Shane wanted the fight at 147 like Oscar. Roach said Shane is not Oscar and that's why he can't get the fight at 147 but rather 142 but goes and fights Cotto at 145?

Manny Pacquiao is the biggest protected fighter in the sport and it's all on the table. That's Bob Arum's cash machine and he is not trying to lose to nobody other than Bob Arum. Every fighter tries to negotiate things to their advantage, ring size, glove ounces, venues, etc. etc. not only Pac... cotto is going through a resurgence and is a whole lot better under díaz, plus he's just laid his demons to rest (vs margarito) and looked great doing so. when pacquiao goes for leftovers he makes sure it's just the bones that are left to chew on. don't believe me ask freddie roach, or watch an interview or two with the guy. He is now heavier and older; with two beatings under his belt, it wasn't just losses. I like Cotto, but I just don't see how he can win this fight.
