Then please elaborate, IIRC Cotto weighed 146 for his fight with Clottey. He was asked to go down 1 more pound to 145. This was completely unacceptable correct?

Canelo was asked to go down 2 pounds from his previous weigh in of 154. This is okay by you correct?

Pac and Floyd are WW champions , 1 and 2 in the world P4P , yet Floyd fights the guys at their real weight while Pac ducks them or forces a CW , its so painfully obvious what is going on .
