ViCTor oRTiz - WHAT TOO MAKE OF HIM?

In light of the recent injury to Berto and Ortiz actions in the fight against Floyd, I have been contemplating on whether or not this guy is actually as dumb as he appears too be on camera.

Okay that is enough about his character & smarts or maybe lack there of smarts.

Now that the fight I was drooling too see is not going to happen next week what match ups do you see as a good possibility for Ortiz in the very near future?

The guy seems thick as pig s££t but what can you do.

As for opponent, I would like to see him against Khan at some stage but other than that I'm not sure.

There's no doubt once Berto is recovered the rematch has to happen though.

Agreed he and Khan need to make that happen. I think it will answer a lot of questions for both fighters. As for a Berto rematch to me this depends on where and when now that Berto has too pull out of this fight due to an injury? Much like when he pulled out of the fight with Mosley due to the earth quake and then Mosley got the big fight with Floyd right? Maybe his injury heels and Ortiz is not available and Al Hamon makes Berto available for the Mayweather sweep stakes right? ....LEFTY

He's a pro boxer who comes from Kansas and is the son of Mexican immigrants. he doesn't have extensive schooling, what do you expect from the guy?

You want him to be a genius?

I think Ortiz is an incredibly physically gifted kid but I don't think boxing is #1 in his life. I think he's a nice guy and "Vicious" is the wrong nickname for him. He should be nicknamed "nice guy" or something like that.

I think he would much rather be surfing on some beach with his friends instead of in a boxing ring but that's just my opinion.

I like the kid, think he came up in a tough family life and is using boxing to make ends meet.

            1. Your grammar sucks. I'm only pointing it out because you seem to suggest that you are smarter than Victor Ortiz. Based on your grammar, that does not seem to be the case.

            2. You are equating bad behavior with "lack there of smarts".

Osama bin Laden, Hitler, Julius Caesar, etc. etc. etc. are men of superior intellect who all did terrible things.

            DUHHHHHHH.

Ortiz is a strong / solid fighter, physically. Mentally though, he's all types of ****ed up.

He quit against Maidana. Looked like a straight BEAST against Berto. Turned ******ed against Mayweather.

He's unpredictable. I'll give him that.

Ortiz is the new Zab Judah. He will never be as good as everyone will always convince themselves he will be.

Yet for the rest of his career, people will always buy into him, like they did Judah.

He's nothing like Judah. Judah is a hypocrite, liar and was born with all the talent in the world but never worked hard a day in his life.

Judah is the biggest waste of talent in the history of the sport.

Ortiz works hard, I just don't think his mind is in it. His number 1 goal isn't boxing, it's to be on some beach somewhere. He reminds me of Ricky Williams in his mentality.
