    As opposed to Martinez?

Who has never fought anyone on Trinidad's level, by the way.

I'm not a Sergio Martinez hater but you're 100% right.

I see what you mean but for example Edwin Valero never fought anyone but it didnt stop me from thinking that he wouldve had his way with any 135-140 pounder when he was around.

Martinez has more than enough boxing ability, foot and handspeed, and power to give Tito a long night. I cant see any scenario that Tito just blows him out of the water. Martinez hits too hard and is way too fast for that.

Paul Williams - Segio just closed his eyes and swung. Pure luck.
Kelly Pavlik - Kelly was going through problems at the time with drugs and alcohol and didn't even go to training camp. He was hung over and he STILL gave Sergio Martinez all kinds of problems.

                Save it bro.

I could careless who fought who. Im looking at both fighters and what they bring to the table. Martinez beats Tito. Brining a list of the people you fought to the ring with you wont help.

So enlighten me on what Martinez brings to the table that would offset a defeat. Sergio is no Winky and is sure as hell no Hopkins.

As previously stated by another poster Sergio couldn't hold a candle to Tito's level of competition who I think was much more talented then Martinez to begin with. So what EXACTLY does Martinez have to cause Tito fits?

                    • martinez is not a boxer in the mold of winky or hopkins. he's there to be hit. he's like to trade. you don't win a fight with trinidad like that.

honestly i don't think martinez could beat vargas. much less tito.
