from what I remember that fight was signed before supposed to be an easy win and Baldomire decided to **** it up kind of like Marquez vs Ramos

the judah-mayweather contract was only in effect if judah beat baldomir. since he lost the contract was voided. floyd then tried to negotiate with baldomir but baldomir wanted too much so he went back and negotiated with judah but took the lions share because he knew judah was desperate. he never attempted to negotiate with margarito of course.

Arum was both of their promoters so he wouldn't be negotiating with Margarito directly but through Arum. He obviously negotiated with Arum.
