    LOL definitely no

Mares style is tailormade for Donaire, he'll end up the same way like Montiel

I'm not going to deny Mares is good. He won some of my respect when he beat Agbeko fair and square, but to say he has cleaned out 118 is a huge overstatement. Winning one title and defending it once is hardly cleaning.
By who? That was a close fight.

Mares isn't even at 122 Nonito. Why didn't you just fight Moreno and Mares at 118 in the first place???

If Mares moves up and beats someone like Arce or Nishioka, then yeah, make the fight. I like Mares, but he isn't beating Donaire.

He might seem boring to "hardcore" fans such as yourself but in due time my friend you will be praising him as an elite.

Because he was too busy with 'real' challenges such as the blown up flyweight Narvaez.
Nonito unless he's having trouble making 118 probably will not move to 122 immediately after Vazquez jr (given that Donaire wins) Mares is a good name and vs Nonito will sell very well @ 118.

So when is he going to fight an elite fighter? So we can consider Rigo an elite fighter.

ONLY if he steps up and stops allowing for lulls in his fights, then I will.
