I thought I remembered reading somewhere that Cotto was looking to do a Co-Promotion type of thing for the rest of his career with his personal Promotional company. Similar to what Mayweather does.

That being said, he may definitely re-sign with Top Rank.

I'd be surprised if he signed with Golden Boy, though.

U GUYS ARE HILARIOUS..u all fall into bob and floyds trap every single time...they relase a "this person demands this" and "the fights done" then "the fights back on" and u flood the forums arguing and blaming...not realizing boxing is a business even more so than it is a sport at this level...not realizing floyd and bob were taking pictures together and hanging out at cowboys stadium not too long ago...its called creating demand for the fight...all this back and forth just builds up the fight even more=more money for both parties...if they woulda faught back when u guys wanted them to, it wouldnt have made half as much as its going to make when theyr done playing their games and sucking more people in

Yeah that's what he and Floyd discussed in PR. He may sign with Top Rank again. In fact, I think that's likely. But no fighter has ever had to sign with GBP in order to fight Floyd Mayweather.
