He said his decision will be based on money....he flat said that in the article. If Mayweather offered a comparable sum and was willing to come up to 154 then he wouldn't be trying to bait Pacquiao through the media.

I'm a huge Cotto Fan! Any man would want a rematch against someone who beat him! I'm sure Arum is trying to convince both ( Pacman & Cotto) to fight each other! Cotto, believe he could beat Pacman using that sick Jab & I'm not sure, but I think if he get Stewart back, he will have a better chance for an upset! Cotto, thought he could bully Pacman in the 1st fight! Which we all know Pacman is a beast & punches from odd angles! ****** Move! Cotto's, corner for the 1st fight was a JOKE! He was ******! They were like deer in a head light! I think with the jab & the footwork, he has a way better chance! But Cotto makes a great point about the weight! I hate Mayweather, but Mayweather fights you at your best!

Great news! Dont give in to arum and his puppet. Fight floyd if they're being stubborn. If floyd is being a ***** too, then fight canelo. Cotto vs alvarez would be huge, but go for floyd first

Mayweather hasnt offered anything tho, and historically its best to not wait around on him.

Just wondering, if both fighters (may and pac) had the same offer on the table, who do you think he would chose?

I hope Cotto is enjoying this. I don't know if Mayweather is just waiting around for Cotto to make a decision, but if he is, that's the two biggest names in the sport he is making sweat out his decision. That's one hell of a feeling of power.

he's wanting to choose pacquiao though, that's the thing. he believes he can beat him. i'm pretty certain pedro díaz has told him exactly what he needs to do to achieve that and will get him as ready as he could ever be to do so.

i think pacquiao is a little concerned about that too. he doesn't do well against guys that can move and counter. which is exactly what cotto did in his last fight and he did so almost perfectly, having only had díaz with him for that one training camp, brought in at the last minute.

                  Tbh I'd rather see Mayweather-Cotto at 154 than Pac-Cotto at 150.

If Pacman does not agree to fight at 150lbs, then Cotto should fight anybody including Mayweather jr., Canelo, Chavez jr or even Sergio Martinez!

Well yeah, but for me that's like choosing between which STD you'd rather have. Either way you're losing.
