Hopkins just beat Pascal two times. Don't be fooled by one and a half rounds of feeling out time against dawson either. That has nothing to do with how he would fight tarver, which I always said is an easy style for hopkins to beat.

pascal is one of the worst unified champions of all time

he fights for four rounds

pascal is infintely less like dawson than tarver

whereas tarver and dawson actually fight a bit alike.
they are both southpaws with height
they both like to counterpunch. they're both technically sound (at least much more so than pascal)

this fight (and my guess of how it will go,) is about how shot hopkins is. styles make fights. fighters fight them.

that's six years ago in the life of a guy who is moving beyond middle age and in the final stages of his professional career before he moves on with the rest of his life
