The Filipino Manny Pacquiao will face Floyd Mayweather in November in Qatar, today unveiled the president of the WBC, Mexican Jose Sulaiman.

Qatar managed to get the 2022 world cup despite having no stadiums and it being played in their summer in 120 degree heat.
