I've said this before but boxing fans have to unite and mobilize, otherwise we are going to get ****ed in the ass again and again

I don't have to pay PPV for the farce that is going to be the next fight in May/June for both of these clowns cos I live in England - but we really need to organise a boycott of BOTH their fights if it's not going to be against the other (which it isn't).

And by boycott, I don't mean a single post in a huge thread say you're not going to buy the fight, but end up doing so anyway.

We need to organise a serious, high-profile movement where we all agree to stop buying their fights if they don't intend to fight each other. Then tweet it to the big boxing writers promoters etc.

It's the passivity we have shown as fans that means boxing is in the state it is right now in the mainstream consciousness.

You cant have both. Arum knew all along. If they got the 50/50 then the May 5th is on. If they dont get the 50/50 then its late May. The man is scum but hes a genius.

FACT: May 5th is the VERY BEST date for that fight, no question, and Bob Arum's collection of ridiculous excuses have been absurd..... cuts, investors, dates, guarantee's, venues..... let's not forget how or why we got here, and this recent issue hasn't played out yet.

im with this. unless floyd fights manny, martinez or even a tim bradley level fighter, he wont get a dime from me. im not purchasing any fights that i think are trash. i refuse to.
