        Sergio wouldn't have any leverage at negotiations with Pac or Floyd.

        In any case, Floyd would get mad props for taking this fight ...

            This fight would be good for both participants. Mayweather will get major props for fighting a bigger opponent, and Martinez can stop complaining about everyone ducking him. It would be the best of both worlds, if they can just agree on a catchweight and Martinez doesn't have a problem meeting it.
