Now this is dumb!!! It's pretty idiotic to open up all the seats in a big football stadium just to watch two fighters slug it out in a small 20' x 20' squared ring!!! Ofcourse they didn't open up all the seats, it would have been very unfair for most of the fans that was watching it live...

They have seats on the field itself, and the ones at the stadium are open to everybody to choose your own vantage point, it is an OVAL stadium afterall...
