what happened to "I will fight Cotto at 154. i'd like us to both be happy" BS...now he wants Sergio at 150?

1. Did SugarQ said you wanted Floyd to lose?

2. Floyd is a walking contradiction. Every time Floyd opens his mouth more than likely is going to be a contradicting statement. Of course Floyd has a choice. He is not a JMW, he is a WW. That's the weight-class he campaigns in. Martinez called him out, not the other way around.

3. If anyone should have stuck to his guns it should have been Martinez. Saying no lower than 154. But, Martinez like Floyd is another guy who's a walking contradiction. And, he said 150. So why should Floyd go to 154? Why give Martinez an advantage of those 4 pounds? Martinez shouldn't have mentioned 150.

4. It can only be 3 reasons, why Martinez would say 150.
A) He honestly feels he will be comfortable at 154. And, if that's the case then what's the problem? We would have a great fight.
B) He doesn't feel comfortable but he's trying to cash out. Then I have no sympathy for him.
C) He lied about actually wanting to fight at 150. And, just said to get his name bigger by using Floyd(and Pac) name.

2. That's true he does have a choice. But just going by standards, it'd be best if he were to meet Martinez halfway at 154 just to make it fair[But it's very unlikely given the fact that he's the ultimate opportunist of the sport] . If this fight were to talk place, Martinez would be the underdog. Martinez called him out, and so did Marquez. Back then, he wasn't so vocal against CW fights, but now he should have the dignity to honor his code.

4. Sergio is an egotistical maniac just like Floyd and Manny are, it's truly isn't surprising that he would do anything at this point in his career to cash out. Even if he truly did intended to fight Floyd or Manny at 150, but to me personally, I wouldn't give Floyd nor Manny full credit for it[if they were to win]. Oh well, to each to his own.

He didn't say 154. He only said at a weight they're both comfortable at. If Cotto really is a small jr middleweight, 150 could probably be a comfortable weight for him.
