I think Mayweather might have weakened Ortiz's chin so thats why they are basing it off of, but if that's not the case then Ortiz wins by late stoppage, cuz the fight was never close Berto only had one moment and then got ****d through the rest of the rounds. Ortiz will drop Berto early again and do what he did from rounds 7-12...easy work....

smh @ people going off on hunches and feelings. fact of the matter is, ortiz beat berto fair and square last time. clearly too. no doubt about it at all. to say for some reason that the same thing isn't going to happen again is a reach for there isn't anything to prove otherwise.

it all has to do with the betting patterns. more people are betting on berto so obviously the line is going to have ortiz as the underdog

but here are a few betting sites that you might find useful, they carry lots of boxing imo

          sportsbook.com
          thegreek.com
          bet52.com
          bodog.com
          5dimes.com

i'll check them out again. i've seen some of the names before and unfortunately they dont carry anywhere near the props that you'll find overseas.

bodog is currently only accessable from across the pond as well

they ahve an american service out there but it's pretty dismal. they dont have a single fight to bet on, or at least they didnt the last time i checked.

nah man the line for Ortiz opened @ +190. It has dropped a bit since then but he is still the underdog

There are several online bookies with good boxing

            I use

            PaddyPower
            Betfred
            bet365
            Boylesport
            sportingbet

Not sure if people from the states have acces to it

if ortiz is +190 then he is the underdog. they open at whatever then it changes due to the betting patterns or else they will lose money on the bets

Ortiz wasn't put to sleep and IMO he could have beaten the count against Mayweather if he wanted, only way I see him losing this fight is if he just going through the motion like he did against Peterson late in the fight

Berto is not going to be KO'd early Ortiz needs to be mentally there for 12 rounds

Ortiz humbled Berto he needed that whooping to bring him back into reality he's hungry and out for revenge he didn't take the first fight serious that won't be the case this time around from the opening bell Berto will bring it and KO Ortiz in 8-9 rounds

There is nothing fixed about Berto vs Ortiz. Those guys fight like they hate each other, very very passionate fight, with no love evovled. Throw that fixed **** right out the door!

Berto was the favorite the first time too, as a result of the dynamics leading up to the fight. The same questions people had about Ortiz pre-Berto have arisen to a lower degree as a result of the Mayweather outcome. Many of us knew Ortiz would quit in the fight. You have to remember that despite the controversial ending, ultimately Ortiz got his ass knocked out. He's a fighter coming off a KO. How will that affect his mentality? I believe many are wondering that question. Thus, the question being a component in the odds.

However, despite Ortiz's mentality thurrr styles remain the same. Ortiz is a strong puncher, whose punches are short, and straight, as opposed to Berto's wide looping punches; which is a predominant reason as to why Ortiz always connected first against Berto in thurrr first fight. Berto had a difficult time dealing with Ortiz's punching power, pressure, and inside game. I believe Ortiz can repeat the same success in the rematch.

Can Berto overcome Ortiz's strengths, and make Ortiz's weaknesses (mentality) surface? Stylistically I don't see Berto beating Ortiz. Really, I don't give a ****k about pre fight hype, however i've been reading around hurrr that Ortiz doesn't seem focused, whereas Berto looks determined. I read the opposite the first time around. Whatever happens it will be a good fight.
