He would've knocked him out with one more punch but the ref was too busy telling him to stay in a corner that he was already standing in.

The final bell only rings once the ref finishes his count because of the no "saved by the bell" rule. The ref was too busy talking to Andrade or else he would have noticed Bute was up and had beaten the count no matter what happened the final bell was going to ring the second Bute beat the count
