that's not how the rules work, dude.

plenty of guys have been out or out on their feet with the soles of their shoes on the canvas.

you have to be ready to continue after ten seconds. those are the rules, and that's what the ref is looking for you to show him

      check them out

Seriously, your argument is so weak, try to form your own opinion instead of using others. You might as well say Arum tells the truth all the time while you're at it.
My opinion correlates with what the man who created the tournament stated. If you can find me a source stating Bute rejected any tournament offers upon the tournament's creation, I'd love to see it.

The risk of Super 6 is what happened to Taylor and Abraham. They are now looked at as damaged goods. There is no way Bute's handlers were up for that kind of risk. Look at his record and you can see he is not a risk taker like Froch. Bute is Canada,s version of Joe Calzaghe both were/are great fighters but we will never know how great because of the safety first management practices employed in the fight selection.

Again, ready to continue what? The fight was over. It's to the discretion of the ref to ask the fighter to come forward/wipe gloves, whatever once the fighter reaches their feet.

This is not a 'must' in the rulebook.

Meh, Bute is a pretty skilled dude. The Andrade fight might have been one of the funniest chats I had on here. Daggum was destroying entire continents on the stream talk. I think Froch will be a big test for him. He starts dropping him with body shots, I will be impressed.

Taylor was damaged goods before the tournament. Hell, him and Lacy were having a "Loser should retire" bout even before that.
