Mayweather issued the challenge, so if his challenge was a bluff or PR stunt then would be exposed once Pacquiao accepts. Once again, Arum and Pacquiao have talked out of both sides of their mouths regarding Mayweather and why they won't make the fight with him. It's the 1st round of negotiations all over again. First Pacquio says that he's willing to fight Mayweather and that negotiations for a fight on May 5th were almost complete. After that was exposed to be a lie, we got the litany of excuses from Arum. It's not about nitpicking quotes, it's about being smart enough to see what's really going on. Sadly, I don't think that a lot of you are that bright which is why Arum has been sucessful.

i recall they did that during the 2nd negotiations and confirmed that it was in fact floyd who was ducking

additionally, it was also confirmed that floyd ducked pac the first time round as well.

its also safe to say hes ducking pac this time round, as he hasnt made any response since pac offered the late may date.
