He's not. That "title" fight was an absolute joke. @Manny being a 9 time world champion. A lot of Mannys accomplishments are a crock.

the only accomplishment of pac's that is considered a crock is his belt at super welter and that's pretty much it. In my eyes pac is still a champ in 7 weight divisions, and his 4 lineal titles in 4 different divisions is still pretty damn good. It's ****** to just discredit everything manny has done because he didn't end 2011 strong and he's not looking good with the current negotiations for the mayweather fight.

Floyd fought Oscar at the full limit of 154 for his title. Floyd ain't fighting no title fights at a catch weight. Dude pride is too big for that. Cotto should not take the fight with Pac unless it is at 154. Cotto built his name up and he can fight and make good money on his own. Manny Pacquiao is done as a top fighter. The jig is up.

Cotto has grown since they last fought in 2009. At least Cotto should demand 149 or something so he doesn't have to focus his entire camp on making weight. Pac destroyed Marg at 150. Yes but Cotto was trying to force Margarito down to 150 because he had leverage and was basically sticking it to Margarito. He knew Margarito would be more drained at 150, and Cotto would have an advantage.

If Cotto Pacquiao took place at 147 it would be Cotto who would be drained and Pacquiao would have the advantage.
