Get ready for Pacquiao vs. Cotto at 147 lbs.

I have always said Pacquiao-Cotto II at 154 lbs is a B+ fight. Pac-Cotto II at 150 is a C+ fight. And Pac-Cotto II at 147, which it most likely will be, is a C-/C fight.
He has been up at 154 for a while now it will much harder coming back down to 147 now , weight will stick at his stage of his career , it would be like Pac trying to make LW again its not happening , Cotto shouldnt fight under 150 from now on .

        • LOL...it's almost like he's trying to become hated.

Cotto won't fall for this, will he?

If they offer 147 with a trade off of the fight happening in NYC on June 11 (day before PR day parade)...would you be tempted?

Pacquiao stopped Cotto in the twelfth round in 2009. That match was fought at a catch-weight of 145-pounds. Pacquiao learned his lesson after taking some punishment to his body in a one-sided win over Antonio Margarito in 2010, which they fought at 150-pounds.

And this is news why? It should be common knowledge that Pacquiao enjoys feasting on fighters that aren't at their best, his fans know this, see it happening in front of their eyes as clear as day yet somehow reality doesn't register with them. No, instead they flock to “boxingscene” and other sites filled with fervent delusions about their "badass" so they can choke up the forum with illiterate Pacquiao oral with a smidgen of ****.

Manny is being brilliantly managed and his career edged along on the premise that Floyd Mayweather is running from him because Pacquiao’s a monster. With a fighter like Pacquiao there's plenty of square acreage to plant many garden variety type delusions. But with reality intruding, who’s running from whom?

Even so, a Cotto bout would be as unappealing as another Marquez robbery, because that's what a fourth fight would be, another robbery of what's already a trilogy of blindness by the judges. Cotto has had his shot; he should move on and fight other (Non-Top Rank) fighters while he still has durability left in him.

If I were Manny, I would stick close to Bob Arum, because if he goes out on his own he's gonna get hit by a truck, sooner rather than later, believe that.

                  Bojangles, and PAC-BOY.....

Manny stated BEFORE his fight with Margarito that he would never fight a genuine JMW and that he would never defend his JMW title.

                  Don't believe me ?

                  Just ask for the link

They just wanted to cheat history by fighting a faded welterweight bum, at catchweight, for a vacant JMW title, using 8oz gloves..... to pad his record with another divisional title.

Which is why Pac will not fight Martinez unless Sergio cuts his leg off.

                  Smarten up guys.

" aaah come on, its only 1lb "

FACT: 1lb can be a killer, especially if it is the last lb.
