Roach, Arum and Manny NEVER chased Floyd.They were too busy lining up other fights before they were done fighting the current opponents...Floyd has initiated 2 negotiations,while Roach,Arum and Manny were busy lining up fellow Top Stank opponents or recruiting the likes of Mosely to have fights with Manny.When the hell have Top Rank ever initiated any negotiations to make this fight happen???!!!

they haven't. all negotiations seem to go through the media then nothing happens. it's the same now
