As I've said before: Mayweather has gone on record and demanded one thing: Random blood and urine tests. That's it. Everything else has either been hearsay or a blatant fabrication by Bob Arum.

That one demand has been met with nothing but excuses, smoke and mirrors, and lies facilitated by Bob Arum.

Bob Arum and Pacquiao have just recently (within the last 4-5 months) agreed to do random blood/urine tests. Coincidentally Mayweather has been much more aggressive in calling Pacquiao out. So, now that they've gone on record and agreed to the drug testing, they've thrown just about every excuse that they could pull out of their ass for why they can't fight on May 5th.

One has to wonder if they weren't completely expecting Mayweather to walk away from the table the first time when they wanted a $10 million penalty per pound he was over weight.
