Read the article over at ESPN. This is SO MUCH like 2009-early 2010. When Manny turned down the Mayweather fight during the mediation to fight the best welter in about 20 years, Josh Clottey. He will do the same here and fight a lesser opponent. I'm mad for the sport of boxing.

I really am tired of hearing and reading about Floyd Mayweather. He's NEVER going down in history as a legend as were guys like Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Arguello, Dela Hoya, and Mosley. They fought the best of the best, in their primes, win, lose, or draw, multiple times. Mayweather, like Roy Jones Jr, hand-picked their opponents their entire career; the safest route to the bank. Pacquiao/Peterson is a good fight, as is a 4th fight with Marquez, as would be a Pacquiao/Maidana fight. I've heard enough about Floyd.
