It's inevitable Jros considering how big they are, it's gonna be on PPV. Lets face it, the fight easily does 1.4/1.5M PPV buys. Personally, I do believe Floyd would fight Martinez, but definitely not before Pacquiao.

Nah, Floyd-Pac is an A. How can it not be. 2 of the greatest fighters of this generation.

Pac-Cotto II is an F though. If that makes you feel any better.

Mayweather vs Lara would be an amazing boxing match. Probably the second best fight after Mayweather vs Martinez.

He might not get 25million for Lara, but he'd get a hell of a lot of respect from me and I'm sure from a lot of boxing fans.

I know it won't happen, but it's one of my dream fights. Mayweather is entitled to go after the biggest pay checks he can get, he's the one going in there and risking his health. All it takes is one bad punch to change a boxers life. But with that said, I just don't want him to fight Cotto. I wouldn't even stream that fight.

Martinez/Lara/Williams are fights I would like to see because those are the only three guys I can see winning at least 4-5 rounds against Floyd right now, and who knows maybe they can win.

I can't see Pacquiao even winning 2 rounds against Mayweather, actually that's the lmit I would predict him winning, 2 rounds at best, and that's pushing it. And Cotto doesn't win one decisive round against Floyd.

Oh it's going to sell, I know it is. So of course it's going to be on PPV. But, that is what makes it a joke of a fight Dom.

Why anyone would defend it or try to justify it in anyway is beyond me. Is it better than Canelo or Guerrero. Yea it is, I won't argue that. But, making that fight and having to charge 60 bucks for it...it's a joke.

            Facts are facts.

Setting a may 5 date, is in fact the ultimate duck. He's already got a GBP mexican lined up, and furthermore, setting a date without even consulting pac shows he has no intentions at all of fighting pac. Pac singlehandedly accounts for over 50% of the entire ppv revenue in 2011, which is twice as much as floyd. So if anyone sets dates, its pac and thats all there is to it.

You feel it's basically Pac/Martinez or retire?
In a perfect world it would be those two but I'd be surprised if he had the courage to fight Martinez, and it looks like Pac doesn't have the courage to fight Floyd.

We know Floyd will only do ppv-fights.

I've always said Cotto was not that good but I'm happy he got his revenge vs Margarito. He's proven himself and deserves a Mayweather fight if Pac won't fight Mayweather.

Back in 2009, Mayweather vs Pac was an A+, now It's a B+ in my books.

I wouldn't even pay 10 dollars for May-Cotto. I would spend those 10 dollars and order some Chinese food, and if there's a UFC PPV on trying to compete with the Floyd PPV, I would gladly pay the 50 bucks or whatever it cost for the UFC ppv.

Same for Manny if he doesn't fight Bradley.

                      Exactly. Than, Mayweather-Martinez is a C+.

If Mayweather-Cotto at 154 is a C-, than Pacquiao vs. Cotto at a 145 CW was a D+, Pac vs. Hatton was a C-, Pac vs. Clottey was an F-, Pac vs. Margarito was an F+, and Pac vs. Mosley was a D-.

Really. I get that Jro wants Mayweather-Pacquiao, we all do, but that can't happen until Manny gets the ball rolling and agrees to may 5th and gets his damn promoter to make it happen.
