Every Boxer looks great if the opponent is right. Look how poor Adamek or Chambers looked against Klitshkos and how good they looked in other fights.
Look how Chambers ****d Dimitrenko and how terrible he looked against Wladimir. Chisora will look like a bum against Vitali. Just like almost everybody.
These guys are just not good enough.
